Por que antigamente era de verdade? O Sebadoh é a resposta. Ouvindo este disco você pode sentir a atmosfera 90’s penetrando por seus ouvidos. Aqui você vê as raízes do “indie rock”. O Low-fi e a barulheira que acompanhavam Lou e seus camaradas nos discos anteriores continuam, mas uma camada pop faz deste disco uma obra de transição. Era de verdade porque você sente a banda como uma banda deve ser, amigos que se juntam para matar o tempo em garagens ou qualquer lugar. Sobre o disco... distorção em ritmo pop, letras que revelam uma geração perdida em meio a velocidade em que os anos noventa passa pelos seus olhos, amizades suspeitas, amores incertos, falta de confiança....tudo reunido no melhor do espírito Old-School. Rebound, a 11ª música serve como hino. Careful, a segunda, costuma ser a preferida....eu acho Skull, a sétima, FUDIDA, escutei essa música umas mil, quinhentos e trinta e sete vezes nesses dias....segue o clipe e a letra, para se cantar junto (gostei disso Celo).
